Weekly Schedule:

11:30–12:00 → light lunch, drinks & socializing
12:00–2:00 → structured play

Pick Your Winter Mahj Squad

Choose the group whose dates best fit your schedule —
each includes 6 total dates of play (generally every other week).

Bam Birdies (Group 1)

Dates include: 1/7, 1/21, 2/4, 2/18, 3/4, 3/25

Dot Darlings (Group 2)

Dates include: 1/14, 1/28, 2/11, 2/25, 3/11, 4/1

Cost & What’s Included

$250 for each 6-week series (Bam Birdies or Dot Darlings)
If you'd like to play weekly, you are absolutely welcome to sign up for both groups.

Included each week:

  • Light lunch

  • All playing materials (tiles, racks, tables, mats, scoring sheets, etc.)

  • Weekly raffle prizes

  • Season-long score tracking

  • End-of-season awards & celebration

  • Just bring your current NMJL card!

Who This Club Is For

Anyone who knows the rules of American Mahjong and can play a hand independently — all skill levels beyond that are welcome! This club is perfect if you want to:

  • Get consistent winter play

  • Make new (and old!) mahj friends

  • Learn to score and track games

  • Build confidence in competitive play, in a relaxed and encouraging environment

  • Be part of a warm, inclusive, supportive mahj community

  • Have FUN all winter long!

 A Few Logistics

  • You sign up for either the Bam Birdies or the Dot Darlings (or both!).

  • If you can’t make a week, you’re responsible for finding a sub—and I’m always happy to help with finding one.

  • You can also switch dates with another member from the opposite group if schedules align.

  • Space is limited, and seats will fill quickly. Once a group reaches capacity, no additional tables will be added—but we’ll start a waitlist/sub list.
