Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis is going to play host to America’s longest dinner table as we celebrate our city’s fantastic food, beverage, and hospitality. On Thursday, September 11 at 5:30 pm, you’ll have the opportunity to dine at a table stretching seven blocks on Nicollet Mall.
Choose to dine at the Starling table and enjoy our feast in community with over 40 restaurants and food trucks. Starling is serving our menu family style in community with those in your party and your neighbors at the table:
To Start - Peanut Chicken Salad: romaine, chili-soy vinaigrette, red curry chicken, fresh and pickled vegetables, peanuts, herbs
The Main Attraction - Bo Ssam Feast: slow roasted, glazed pork shoulder with jasmine rice, lettuce cups, kimchi, pickles, ssam sauce, & ginger-scallion sauce
Finale - Ube Tres Leches Cake with whipped topping
$100 per person includes tax and gratuity.
